These are custom-made shoes. We don't have a warehouse full of boxes waiting for you. Each pair is crafted after you order.
Total time from order to delivery: 52-74 days
If you need shoes for next week's event, buy something else. If you can wait for quality, keep reading.
The Timeline (Buckle Up)

Days 1-14: Processing
Your order enters our system. We verify payment, confirm your size, and queue your shoes for production. This takes 7-14 business days.

Days 15-60: Production & Shipping
Your shoes are crafted, quality checked, packaged, and shipped. This takes 45-60 days after processing.

Day 52-74: Delivery
Your shoes arrive at your door. Total time: approximately 52-74 days from order placement.

Why Does It Take So Long?
- Custom manufacturing: Each pair is made to order, not sitting in a warehouse
- Quality control: We check every detail because returns are a nightmare
- International logistics: Shoes travel further than most people's vacation plans
- We're not Amazon: We're a small brand, not a trillion-dollar logistics empire
The wait is part of the exclusivity. If everyone could get them tomorrow, they wouldn't be special.

Order Tracking
You'll receive email updates at these stages:
- Order confirmed: Immediately after purchase
- Processing complete: After 7-14 days
- Shipped: When your shoes leave the facility (with tracking number)
- Out for delivery: When they're almost at your door
Please note: There will be a long gap between "processing complete" and "shipped" emails. This is normal. Your shoes are being made. Be patient.
What's Included
Every order includes:
- Your custom-made shoes in their original box
- Tracking information (when shipped)
- Discreet packaging
- Insurance coverage
- The satisfaction of waiting 2+ months for shoes
International Customers
Important: You're responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country. These are NOT included in the price.
Customs can add additional delays. We have zero control over this.
Some countries have restrictions on certain materials. Know your local laws before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately with photos and tracking info
- We'll file a claim with the carrier
- Replacement or refund provided after claim approval
- This process can take 2-4 weeks additional time
Address Changes
You have 24 hours after ordering to change your address.
After that, it's locked in. We can't change it during production or shipping. Double-check your address before ordering.
Can You Ship Faster?
No.
We don't offer expedited shipping. Every order takes the same time. No exceptions for birthdays, anniversaries, or "I really need them."
If 52-74 days is too long, we understand. There are plenty of shoes you can buy and receive tomorrow. They just won't be ours.
