FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE - Yes, you read that right. We ship anywhere for free because we're already charging you enough for the shoes.

Processing Time

Your order will be processed and shipped within:

  • 1-3 business days for in-stock items
  • 2-4 weeks for made-to-order items
  • Eventually for limited edition drops

Business days = Monday through Friday, excluding holidays when we're probably at the beach.

Processing time starts after your payment clears, not when you place the order. Basic economics.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Tracking number via email
  • Direct link to carrier tracking
  • Delivery confirmation when it arrives

Don't email us asking where your package is if it's been less than the estimated delivery time. Check the tracking first.

International Customers

Important: You're responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country. We can't control what your government charges, and we won't pay it for you.

Some countries have restrictions on certain materials or products. It's your job to know your local laws before ordering.

Delivery Requirements

For successful delivery:

  • Provide accurate addresses: We're not detectives
  • Be available to sign: Or designate someone who can
  • Check your mailbox: Sometimes carriers leave notices
  • Respond to delivery attempts: Carriers usually try 3 times

If you're not available and the package gets returned to us, we'll contact you about reshipping. You might have to pay for the second attempt.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or family members
  • Look around your property (porches, garages, etc.)
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes tracking updates are delayed)

If it's genuinely lost or stolen, contact us at fabrevoie@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging
  • Check if the contents are damaged too
  • Contact us immediately with photos and your order number
  • Keep all packaging materials for potential carrier inspection

We'll either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? You have exactly 1 hour after placing your order to contact us. After that, the package goes where you originally said it should go.

We can't intercept packages once they're in transit. That's between you and the carrier.

Holidays & Delays

Shipping may be delayed during:

  • Major holidays (Christmas, New Year, etc.)
  • Black Friday/Cyber Monday chaos
  • Natural disasters
  • Global pandemics
  • Carrier strikes or other labor disputes
  • Acts of God or government

We'll update you if there are significant delays, but patience is a virtue.
