Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

You bought them. You own them. Deal with it.

Think before you buy. We're not Amazon. We don't do buyer's remorse.

Our Philosophy

When you buy our shoes, you're making a commitment. A statement. A decision.

Returning them means you can't commit to your choices. That's a character flaw we can't fix.

All sales are final. No take-backs. No do-overs. No crying.

The ONLY Exceptions (And We Mean ONLY)

We'll exchange items ONLY for:

  • Defective products: If your shoes arrived broken, damaged, or with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item sent: If we sent you the wrong size, color, or product
  • Never delivered: If your order legitimately never arrived (with proof)

Important: These will be EXCHANGED for the correct/non-defective item. Not refunded.

What We Will NEVER Accept

Don't even email us about:

  • "I changed my mind"
  • "They don't fit" (measure your feet next time)
  • "My spouse is mad at me"
  • "They're too loud" (that's the point)
  • "I can't afford them anymore"
  • "They don't match my vibe"
  • "I ordered the wrong size" (that's on you)
  • Any form of buyer's remorse
  • Items worn even once
  • Items without tags
  • "I found them cheaper elsewhere" (you didn't)

Exchange Process (For Valid Issues Only)

If you have a LEGITIMATE defect or we screwed up:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery: support@fabrevoie.com
  2. Subject line: "Defect Exchange - [Order Number]"
  3. Include: Clear photos showing the defect or error
  4. Wait: We'll review within 3-5 business days
  5. If approved: We'll send you a replacement
  6. Ship back the defective item: At our expense (only for actual defects)

Try to scam us with fake defect claims and we'll blacklist you forever.

Size Issues

We have a size chart. Use it.

If you ordered the wrong size, that's your problem. We don't exchange for size issues unless WE sent the wrong size.

Our shoes run large. We tell you this. Multiple times. If you didn't read, that's on you.

Pre-Sale and Limited Drops

Pre-sale orders are ABSOLUTELY FINAL.

You're getting a discount for committing early. No backing out.

Limited drops are also final. You wanted exclusive? You got it. Forever.

Shipping Damage

If the shipping company destroyed your package:

  • Document everything with photos
  • File a claim with the carrier
  • Email us the claim number
  • We'll work with the carrier (not you) to resolve it

This could take weeks. Patience is required.

International Orders

International orders are even more final, if that's possible.

  • You handle all customs and import fees
  • We're not responsible for your country's import laws
  • Items seized by customs? That's between you and your government
  • Exchange shipping costs are always on you (except for our errors)

Don't write us a novel. We won't read it.
